Each FC 27 Hacks key is emailed once payment has cleared. Your access begins at activation, so a refund is possible only in the cases set out on this page.
Refund requests must reach us within 24 hours of purchase and include your order ID plus a brief reason.
A duplicate charge, a key that never arrived even though payment was confirmed, or an activation fault support can reproduce on our end may qualify.

Approved refunds return to the payment method used at checkout wherever the processor supports it. Check the Pricing page for plan details.
Contact support before you dispute a charge. An unresolved chargeback can lead to the license being revoked straight away.
EU buyers may have a statutory right to withdraw for digital goods, with a 14-day window for contact where that right applies. Eligibility can narrow once a key has been delivered.
We do not refund a partly used license period unless regional law requires it.
After approval, funds normally arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's schedule.
