Most of what goes wrong in a menu-assisted Ultimate Team session isn't the menu itself, it's turning on too much before kickoff. Below: an order that keeps a session boring in the best way, what each toggle actually changes, and where the honest risk sits.

Disable AI OPP first, and know what it actually does

Disable AI OPP kills the opponent's AI-controlled players, so whoever they left on auto is stuck steering one man while the other ten stand still. It only matters in modes where the opponent leans on AI teammates in the first place, and it's one of the more obvious toggles in the menu once the other side's shape stops moving.

Use it in short bursts instead of leaving it on for an entire session. The point is a cleaner match, not a spectacle.

Match yourself down: Division Spoofer, Weekend League Wins Spoofer, Draft Round Modifier

Division Spoofer, Elite Division included, changes the division you display while your real promotions and rewards stay untouched underneath. Weekend League Wins Spoofer does the same for your shown record, pulling lower-win FUT Champions opponents into your bracket, and Draft Round Modifier sets your round from 0 to 3 for a faster or gentler Draft queue. The matchmaking server reads all three; nothing is enforced client side. They shape who you play, never a promise of who you'll beat.

Server Changer is a latency tool first

Switching servers mid session is fine; switching every single match is the pattern that stands out.

Disconnect Match and Leave Without Loss are for games already lost

Disconnect Match backs you out of a match instantly, and Leave Without Loss keeps that exit from counting against your record, but both exist for a game that's already gone, not a habit. Lock Screen, Bail Me Out, Disable AI and a custom disconnect reason sit next to them for the same job: get out clean, don't get out often.

Rapid Game Timer and Opponent Info round it out

Rapid Game Timer speeds the match clock so a bad game ends sooner, and Opponent Info surfaces their EA ID, platform and country before or during kickoff, useful context, not an edge on its own. None of this replaces actually finishing chances. It just clears the noise around the ones you create.
